John Alexander – “UFOs/UAPs The US Government Encounters with Complexity”
Over three decades before the Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program (AATIP) there was a similar project we called Advanced Theoretical Physics (ATP) and John ran it. Participants came from all DoD services, the Intelligence Community, and aerospace industries and all possessed Top Secret and SCI security clearances. John will provide insight to its operations and findings. Regarding the report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence titled Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, he feels it revealed very little that was not already known to the general public. However, John will provide his take on possible outcomes including his opinions as to what is being observed and possible causes.
